A passphrase, also known as ‘seed words’, ‘recovery phrases’, or ‘mnemonic phrases’ is an ordered list of 12 - 24 words which provides direct access to your wallet. It’s typically used for recovering access to your wallet. It should be stored securely and it should never be shared with anyone, not even us.

We do not have any access to your passphrase, and as such if you lose access to your wallet and do not have your passphrase, we cannot help you regain access.
